If within 10 days of your purchase, you find a lower price on the Internet
you will be eligible for our Price Match, we’ll happily issue you a credit for the difference. If you happen to find a lower online price on a product we stock please let us know.

You are eligible for a price-match credit when your request meets the following condition:

The item must be the identical product

The price you wish us to match must be verifiable on the Internet

EroticaPlus.ca will only match prices with other Canadien authorized retailers

Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers

We will never ask credit card number in email.
We will never call you for your credit card number

You can request a price match before or after placing an order.
When checking out your order, simply enter requested info in the Comments on "step 3".

If already purchased send us an email with the information we need as well as your order #.

EroticaPlus.ca will confirm the lower price within 5 business days. We will calculate the list price difference and either adjust the pricing for your purchase, or, if already purchased we will credit your credit card back for the difference.
